Role Overview

As an Associate in the Client Service team, you will act as a vital link between our clients and the expert insights they require. This role is communication-intensive and involves multitasking across various projects from high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client-expert communications, focusing on screening and negotiating with experts to fulfill client requests.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to navigate complex industry landscapes and connect with relevant experts.
• Understand the market context and legal frameworks impacting both clients and experts.

Success Factors

Our Associates gain exposure to the business world without being confined to a single industry. You will develop essential skills in professional communication, negotiation, and project management. There is a clear career progression path, with opportunities to advance to Manager within 24-30 months and to Vice President in approximately five years. Successful completion of the program may also qualify you for our MBA Tuition Program, which offers financial support for top business schools.

Qualifications

• A strong academic background with an undergraduate degree of 2:1 or higher.
• Significant extracurricular achievements during your education.
• Relevant internship experience.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (C2 level); experience in continental Europe is advantageous.

• First-year compensation ranges from £48,500 to £57,500, including a base salary of £41,500 and performance-related bonuses.
