Responsibilities

• Act as the primary communication link between clients and experts, managing expert communications effectively.
• Spend a significant portion of your day on the phone, screening and negotiating with experts to ensure optimal matches for client requests.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the project context, market dynamics, and the legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to clients and experts.
• Utilize AI-driven sourcing tools to analyze complex industry value chains and identify suitable experts for client needs.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program that includes a placement year, with an expected graduation date in 2029.
• Demonstrated strong academic performance, with a minimum grade of 2:1.
• Notable extracurricular involvement, internships, or part-time work experience during academic tenure.
• A background or demonstrated interest in business is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills are essential, with fluency in English at a C2 level; additional European language skills or experience in continental Europe are beneficial but not mandatory.
