Main Responsibilities

  • Manage a small, high-intensity caseload, delivering time-limited, occupationally focused interventions through proactive engagement.

  • Ability to apply OT theory and models to deliver individual and group interventions.
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability.
  • Understanding of the impact of mental and physical health on occupational performance.
  • Evidence of culturally inclusive practice.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary of £45,953 to £54,254 per annum, including HCAS pro rata.
  • Permanent full-time contract.
  • Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.
  • Access to staff wellbeing resources and award-winning staff networks.
  • Opportunities for professional development and training.

This role is not suitable for remote or hybrid working arrangements, as it requires direct patient engagement and outreach. If you are motivated to work in an assertive outreach service and are committed to ongoing learning and development, we encourage you to apply.
