In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team addressing the significant changes and risks faced by our clients in defense and aerospace. With a focus on leveraging digital technologies, you will help clients enhance their defense capabilities and operational efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with colleagues and partners to develop and implement innovative solutions for clients in the aerospace and defense sectors.
• Create new client solutions by integrating technology-driven, people-focused, and results-oriented approaches.
• Establish a unique commercial strategy that aligns with business outcomes to successfully deliver significant programs.
• Lead major defense projects, including the development of business cases and the design of transformation initiatives, ensuring successful implementation.
• Foster personal and team development while continuously pushing the boundaries of innovation and improvement.

Your Profile:

• Demonstrated experience in a management consulting role, particularly in delivering complex transformation projects for major aerospace and defense clients.
• Proven ability to cultivate new business opportunities through strong professional relationships.
• Curiosity about artificial intelligence and experience in developing AI-enhanced solutions.
• Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility in your area of expertise.
• Knowledge of defense programs and experience in addressing complex challenges across both public and private sectors.
• Experience in establishing industry and defense partnerships at various levels.
• A passion for solving critical client challenges and achieving measurable results through technical expertise and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design commercial models that align incentives between clients and advisors to achieve significant defense outcomes.
• Leadership qualities that demonstrate integrity and humility, capable of engaging a diverse talent pool to maximize client performance.
