As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in navigating the complexities of a rapidly changing landscape, characterized by geopolitical shifts and increased investment in defense.
Your Role
In this position, you will work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to develop innovative solutions that enhance our clients’ defense capabilities and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with teams to create and implement tech-enabled, people-centered solutions.
- Shaping project outcomes to ensure the successful delivery of major programs that address client challenges.
- Acting as a delivery owner on significant defense initiatives, including proposal development and on-site implementation.
- Fostering personal and team growth while pushing the boundaries of what is achievable in the industry.
Your Profile
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- A proven background in consulting, particularly in transformation programs for major aerospace and defense clients.
- Curiosity about artificial intelligence and experience in developing AI-augmented solutions.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and credibility.
- An interest in defense programs and experience solving complex problems across various sectors.
- A passion for delivering tangible outcomes through a combination of technical expertise and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in outcome tracking and change management to effectively engage clients.
