Your Role

In this position, you will work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to develop innovative solutions that enhance our clients’ defense capabilities and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with teams to create and implement tech-enabled, people-centered solutions.
• Shaping project outcomes to ensure the successful delivery of major programs that address client challenges.
• Acting as a delivery owner on significant defense initiatives, including proposal development and on-site implementation.

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• A proven background in consulting, particularly in transformation programs for major aerospace and defense clients.
• Curiosity about artificial intelligence and experience in developing AI-augmented solutions.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and credibility.
• An interest in defense programs and experience solving complex problems across various sectors.
• A passion for delivering tangible outcomes through a combination of technical expertise and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in outcome tracking and change management to effectively engage clients.
