This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to create and implement solutions that enhance defense capabilities, improve efficiency, and leverage cutting-edge digital technologies.

Your Role

As a key member of our team, you will engage in various activities aimed at fostering both client and personal growth, including:

• Developing innovative client solutions by integrating technology-enabled, people-centered, and output-focused strategies.
• Shaping project outcomes to facilitate the delivery of significant programs that address client challenges.
• Collaborating with colleagues across Capgemini to deliver comprehensive business solutions, including customer experience, digital, and engineering offerings.
• Taking ownership of major defense programs, which involves shaping proposals, designing components of transformation initiatives, and ensuring successful on-site implementation.
• Continuously developing yourself, your team, and your clients to push the boundaries of what is possible.

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• A proven background in consulting, particularly in delivering transformation programs for major aerospace and defense clients.
• Curiosity about artificial intelligence and experience in creating AI-augmented propositions.
• Experience in client-facing roles, with a focus on building trust and credibility in your domain.
• A strong interest in defense programs and problem-solving across both public and private sectors.
• A passion for addressing clients’ most pressing challenges and achieving tangible outcomes through technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of tracking and delivering client outcomes, along with the change management capabilities necessary to engage clients effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within teams, demonstrating integrity and humility while managing diverse talents.
