Your Role

As a consultant or senior consultant, you will work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to create solutions that improve defense outputs and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with teams to develop and implement solutions tailored to client needs in the aerospace and defense sectors.
• Shaping project outcomes to ensure successful delivery of major programs that address client challenges.
• Working across Capgemini to provide comprehensive business solutions, including customer experience, digital, and engineering services.
• Acting as a delivery owner on significant defense projects, which involves proposal shaping, designing transformation components, and overseeing on-site implementation.
• Focusing on personal and team development to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Your Profile

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• A proven background in consulting, particularly in delivering transformation programs for major aerospace and defense clients.
• Curiosity about artificial intelligence and experience in developing AI-augmented solutions.
• Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility in your area of expertise.
• An interest in defense programs and experience in problem-solving across various sectors.
• A passion for addressing clients’ pressing challenges and achieving tangible outcomes through technical expertise and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in tracking and delivering client outcomes, along with change management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively within teams, demonstrating integrity and humility while managing diverse talents.
