Account Executive, Agency Overview

As an Account Executive focused on agency partnerships at Profound, you will take charge of the sales process with creative, media, and digital agencies that assist major brands in leveraging AI technology. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing Profound’s relationships with agencies, guiding them in managing and measuring AI’s impact on their client projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete agency sales cycle, from targeted prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Develop and execute strategic outreach initiatives to build relationships with agency leaders and innovation teams.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships that position Profound as a vital component of agencies’ AI and brand safety strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Partnerships, and Product to refine product positioning and identify key use cases.
• Assist in the development of the agency sales team by shaping go-to-market strategies and partnership approaches.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in SaaS sales, particularly with agencies or related partner ecosystems.
• In-depth knowledge of the agency landscape and their purchasing behaviors.
• Skilled in consultative sales, connecting technology solutions to real business impacts.
• Entrepreneurial and relationship-focused, with a passion for expanding market presence.
• Strategic, resilient, and motivated to represent a leading product at the intersection of AI and brand safety.

Location

This position is based in our offices located in New York City, San Francisco, London, or Singapore, and is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments.

Compensation

The expected base salary for this role ranges from $110,000 to $150,000, excluding commission. Profound offers a competitive total compensation package that includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive range of benefits. Final compensation will be determined based on your skills, experience, and qualifications during the interview process.
