This eight-week internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience within our Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) team, which integrates deep insurance consulting expertise with innovative technology solutions.

As an intern, you will immerse yourself in data-intensive areas such as pricing, claims, and operational processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Learning to use open-source tools and WTW’s proprietary technology solutions widely used in the insurance market.
  • Participating in structured early-career training and ongoing learning from subject matter experts.

This internship serves as an excellent introduction to what you can expect if you join our graduate program the following year, with many interns returning as permanent team members after graduation.

  • Effective communication skills to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • A friendly and approachable attitude, with a desire to work collaboratively in a team.
  • A willingness to learn and develop new ideas.
  • Comfort with AI tools and a basic understanding of their strengths and limitations; familiarity with concepts like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI is a plus but not required.
  • Enrollment in your penultimate year of university.
  • Aiming for a 2:1 degree, with A-level Mathematics at grade A or above, and at least 136 UCAS points from three A levels or equivalent qualifications.

The application process consists of several stages: applying online with your CV, completing an online test and video interview, attending an in-person assessment center in London, receiving an offer, and finally onboarding.
