Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year graduate program focused on developing knowledge and skills across the Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) business.
• Assist in implementing a Global Specialties data strategy by analyzing current data and analytics approaches.
• Gain insights into the insurance industry and client needs through direct involvement in a line of business and collaboration with the global data strategy division.
• Understand data structure, storage, and connections across business systems while gaining practical experience with analytical tools.
• Collect, cleanse, and analyze data, presenting findings through reports, dashboards, and visualizations from various data sources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients in sectors such as cyber, financial institutions, marine, and construction.
• Engage in continuous professional and personal development through tailored learning journeys.
• Receive support while pursuing the Level 6 Data Scientist apprenticeship qualification.

Requirements

• Possess a natural aptitude for problem-solving with strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with data to derive meaningful insights and conclusions.
• Effective communication skills to build relationships and convey complex information clearly.
• Demonstrate curiosity and eagerness to learn and apply new knowledge.
• Comfortable working collaboratively within a team environment.
• Hold at least a 2:1 degree in any discipline.
