Join our dynamic Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) team as a Graduate Analyst in Ipswich, where you will embark on a two-year program designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in the actuarial field. As part of one of the world’s largest insurance brokers and risk advisory firms, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their risks, ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations.

Throughout the program, you will work closely with industry-leading professionals, tackling real-world actuarial problems and developing your technical expertise in areas such as Pricing, Reserving, and Capital Modelling. You will have the opportunity to present your findings to both colleagues and clients, fostering strong relationships across various sectors including cyber, financial institutions, marine, and construction.

Requirements

• A natural problem solver with strong analytical abilities.
• Comfortable working with numbers and conducting analyses.
• A confident communicator capable of building relationships.
• Curious and eager to learn and apply new knowledge.
• A minimum of a 2:1 degree in a numerate discipline, or a 2:1 in a non-numerate discipline with an A at A-Level Maths.
