This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in financial markets, Bloomberg technology, and client engagement, laying the groundwork for a long-term career within Bloomberg’s Financial Solutions business. You will start your journey in Analytics, working directly with clients from the global financial community.

In the Analytics business, you will provide 24/7 support to Bloomberg users across various industries. Your responsibilities will include answering client questions via Instant Bloomberg (IB) chat, solving complex workflow challenges, and helping clients maximize the value of Bloomberg’s products and solutions. You will gain exposure to a wide range of financial workflows while developing deep product, market, and client expertise.

As you progress, you will collaborate closely with Sales teams on strategic client initiatives, enhancing your relationship management skills and preparing for future opportunities across Financial Solutions. Most participants in this program transition into Sales, where they build long-term client relationships and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (or above) or relevant work experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
• Exposure to markets across the Middle East and an interest in the region’s financial landscape.
• Ability to start in a Full-Time role in November 2026 or February 2027.
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets and a desire to work directly with clients.
• Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel around EMEA and potential relocation to the Middle East (Dubai or Riyadh).
• Flexibility to occasionally work weekends or on public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical exposure to Python or other coding languages.
• Previous experience in client relationship management or customer support roles.
• Beginner to intermediate experience with Excel and/or Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
