The Go To Definition with Control Click features allows the developers to navigate to the definition by control clicking ( Ctrl + Click) on the symbol.
The result is shown in the Peek Window in Visual Studio 2013.
Note that you need to download and install the Visual Studio Productivity Power Tool 2013 from Visual Studio Gallery for this feature.
