Reason for the Error
A field description in the SQL*Loader control file used the TERMINATED BY EOF option when the field was not a RAW or CHAR datatype.
Solution
Modify the SQL*Loader control file to either remove the TERMINATED BY EOF clause or change the datatype for the field to be CHAR or RAW.
