Reason for the Error

The TERMINATED BY EOF option can be used only when describing data to be loaded from a LOBFILE. It cannot be specified at the table level and it cannot be for data in “regular” data files.

Solution

Verify that you have specified the correct option for TERMINATED BY and verify that the TERMINATED BY option is specified for the correct fields.
