    RMAN-06955: Network copies are only supported for image copies.

    Reason for the Error

    An attempt was made to specify BACKUP AUXILIARY FORMAT without specifying the AS COPY clause. A network copy is only supported with an image copy.

    Solution

    Seek an alternate method of copying the desired files.
