    RMAN-06763: specified encryption algorithm not supported

    Reason for the Error

    An encryption algorithm not supported by the database is specified during backup.

    Solution

    Refer to contents of v$rman_encryption_algorithms view for the list of supported encryption algorithm. Specify a valid encryption algorithm and retry the command.
