RMAN-06137: must have recovery catalog for REPORT SCHEMA AT TIME
Reason for the Error
A ‘REPORT SCHEMA at_clause’ command was issued, but there is no recovery catalog database.
Solution
If you are not using a recovery catalog, then you may only issue the ‘REPORT SCHEMA’ command with no at_clause.
