    Reason for the Error

    A DUPLICATE FOR STANDBY … SPFILE command was issued but DB_UNIQUE_NAME was not provided for the standby database.

    Solution

    Specify a DB_UNIQUE_NAME in the SPFILE clause for the standby database.
