Reason for the Error
The user attempted to use the DBMS_ADVISOR.IMPLEMENT_TASK procedure to implement a SQL Access Advisor recommendation that cannot be implemented due to its complexity.
Solution
The user must generate a script and implement the recommendation outside of the SQL Access Advisor.
