Reason for the Error
When the fields of a record were declared, one field was used to initialize another, as in: TYPE my_rec IS RECORD (f1 varchar2(10), f2 varchar2(10) := f1); The first field has no value until run time, so it cannot be used to initialize another field.
Solution
Remove the illegal field reference.
