Reason for the Error
The first argument (actual parameter) passed to the named pragma (compiler directive) was not the name of a subprogram, package, or cursor, as required. The parameter might be misspelled, or the pragma syntax might be faulty (for example, a comma might be missing between two parameters).
Solution
Check the spelling of the first parameter, and make sure the proper syntax was used.
