    Reason for the Error

    An attempt was made to use Exadata Hybrid Columnar Compression on an unsupported storage type.

    Solution

    Create this table in a tablespace residing on Oracle Exadata, Oracle’s Sun ZFS or Pillar Axiom storage type or use a different compression type.
