Reason for the Error
The operation failed because the specified private dictionary attribute tag contained an even group number.
Solution
A dictionary attribute tag represents a two-byte hexadecimal number (a group number followed by an element number). Even group numbers are reserved for the DICOM Standard dictionary. Thus, the group number of a private dictionary attribute tag must be an odd number. Replace the even group number with an odd number in the specified attribute tag, and try the operation again.
