Oracle Error Message
ORA-46108: Invalid security class targetNamespace or name.
Reason for the Error
The security class targetNamespace attribute was either null or was longer than 4000 characters. Or, the security class name attribute was either null or was longer than 1024 characters.
Solution
Provide valid targetNamespace and name attributes.
