Oracle Error Message
ORA-39317: Cannot change the segment space management of a tablespace.
Reason for the Error
DBMS_METADATA_DIFF was comparing two tablespaces with different segment space management. There is no SQL ALTER statement to change the segment space management of a tablespace.
Solution
The difference cannot be eliminated with an SQL ALTER statement.
