ORA-39280: Cannot drop overflow segment.
Reason for the Error
DBMS_METADATA_DIFF was comparing two index organized tables, the first with an overflow segment, the second without. There is no SQL ALTER statement to drop an overflow segment.
Solution
The difference cannot be eliminated with an SQL ALTER statement.
