Reason for the Error

DBMS_METADATA_DIFF was comparing two tables with different MINEXTENTS storage options. There is no SQL ALTER statement to change a table’s MINEXTENTS storage option.

Solution

The difference cannot be eliminated with an SQL ALTER statement.
