Reason for the Error

DBMS_METADATA_DIFF was comparing two tables with different physical organizations (heap, index organized, external, or cluster). There is no SQL ALTER statement to change the physical organization of a table.

Solution

The difference cannot be eliminated with an SQL ALTER statement.
