Oracle Error Message
ORA-39266: Cannot alter unpartitioned table to partitioned.
Reason for the Error
DBMS_METADATA_DIFF was comparing two tables, one unpartitioned, the other partitioned. There is no SQL ALTER statement to partition an unpartitioned table.
Solution
The difference cannot be eliminated with an SQL ALTER statement.
