Reason for the Error
Attempt to get count of total worker processes alive failed.
Solution
Check the additional error messages to see what caused the failure. Correct the error, if possible, and try the operation again. If this error occurs from a Data Pump client (e.g. expdp or impdp), try the operation again. If the error occurs again, contact Oracle Customer Support and report the error.
