Reason for the Error
The index specified in an IGNORE_ROW_ON_DUPKEY_INDEX or CHANGE_DUPKEY_ERROR_INDEX hint could not be found.
Solution
Specify a unique index that exists on the table. The index cannot be a non-unique index or a bitmap index.
