ORA-38758: cannot flashback data file string; restored since last recovery
Reason for the Error
An attempt to do FLASHBACK DATABASE found that the file was restored since the last standby recovery. The file cannot be flashed back.
Solution
The file must be taken offline before continuing with the FLASHBACK DATABASE command.
