ORA-36861: (XSTFRC01) SQL Cache ID parameter is invalid or missing.
Reason for the Error
SQL Cache ID parameter is required to identify SQL cache to query
Solution
Supply a valid SQL Cache ID. Normally, users should not call OLAP Random Access Cursor table function themselves and therefore should not encounter this error.
