ORA-33911: (MAKEDCL29) You cannot define a string in analytic workspace string because it has not been upgraded to version string.
Reason for the Error
User attempted to define an object that requires a certain compatibility setting in an AW that has not been upgraded to that compatibility level.
Solution
Make sure that the database is running in the appropriate compatibility mode, and upgrade the AW.
