Reason for the Error
An attempt to start the Messaging Gateway agent failed due to the indicated agent status. A BROKEN status indicates a problem that requires user intervention before the agent can be started.
Solution
Review the MGW_GATEWAY view and the Messaging Gateway log file for further information. Resolve the problem and start the Messaging Gateway agent. Contact Oracle Support Services if the problem cannot be resolved.
