ORA-32351: database link name cannot start with a number while creating materialized view
Reason for the Error
This event was disabled by default. If enabled, the fix for bug 6074902 will be disabled and you will be unable to create database links starting with a number when creating a materialized view on remote tables.
Solution
No action necessary.
