    Reason for the Error

    Decryption of data failed. Error may be due to plain text data in an external file being submitted for decryption, data encrypted with a different key or a utility being submitted for decryption, or TDE encrypted data in data files being corrupted.

    Solution

    Verify that the correct external file is being specified or contact Oracle Support Services.
