    ORA-28390: auto login wallet not open but encryption wallet may be open

    Reason for the Error

    Auto login wallet was not open. But, the encryption wallet may still be open and subsequent TDE operations might succeed.

    Solution

    If auto login wallet is closed but TDE operations succeed, check the status of the encryption wallet and close that if required.
