ORA-28223: first login requires password change
Reason for the Error
This user was globally authenticated. Password policy settings in Oracle Internet Directory (OID) requires the password to be changed for the first connection. Further connections to the database will be denied if the password in OID is not changed.
Solution
Connect to the OID to change the password.
