Reason for the Error

The data block indicated was found to be corrupted on the cell.

Solution

This may be due to a software error or a real data corruption. Analyze the segment. If there is indeed a block corruption, try to restore the block using RMAN block level recovery. If there is a trace file, report the errors in it to Oracle Support Services. If analyze did not report an error, report the problem to Oracle Support Services as this appears to be a software error.
