Reason for the Error

The client application was not connected to the same Oracle RAC instance as the specified Oracle GoldenGate or XStream server.

Solution

Connect to the specified instance using the network service name obtained from the following query: SELECT network_name FROM all_queues q, all_xstream_outbound ob WHERE q.owner = ob.queue_owner AND q.name = ob.queue_name AND server_name = ‘‘;
