Reason for the Error

There were multiple Streams apply processes using the same queue which made combined capture and apply (CCA) optimization not possible.

Solution

If Streams performance is an issue, check the “Combined Capture and Apply Optimization” chapter in the “Oracle Streams Concepts and Administration” book. Then reconfigure the Streams processes to meet this optimization’s requirements.
