ORA-26823: string capture server string is unable to communicate with capture process “string”.
Reason for the Error
Capture process was not started properly or was aborted.
Solution
If Oracle GoldenGate, XStream or Streams capture process was stopped, then restart the capture process. Otherwise, fix any errors during the capture process creation and restart the capture process.
