Oracle Error Message
ORA-26807: Database link is not NULL for Apply with the name “string” .
Reason for the Error
The combined capture and apply optimization could not be used since apply_database_link was not NULL.
Solution
Drop and recreate the apply with NULL value for apply_database_link.
