ORA-26024: SKIP_UNUSABLE_INDEXES requested and index segment was initially unusable
Reason for the Error
User requested SKIP_UNUSABLE_INDEXES option, and the index segment
* was in unusable state prior to the beginning of the load.
Solution
Informational only. User will need to either rebuild the index
* or index partition, or re-create the index.
