    Reason for the Error

    Invalid value was specified for delivery mode

    Solution

    Specify dbms_aq.BUFFERED or dbms_aq.PERSISTENT during Enqueue or dbms_aq.BUFFERED, dbms_aq.PERSISTENT or dbms_aq.PERSISTENT_OR_BUFFERED during Dequeue and Listen.
