ALTER TABLE statement attempted to combine an index-organized table maintenance operation (e.g. changing physical attributes) with some other operation (e.g. ADD constraint) which is illegal

Ensure that a index-organized table maintenance operation is the sole operation specified in ALTER TABLE statement;
