Reason for the Error

INSTEAD OF triggers can be created on any view which is not an Editioning View, while BEFORE and AFTER triggers may only be created on Editioning Views.

Solution

Change the trigger type to INSTEAD OF or change the view on which you are attempting to create a DML trigger.
