Reason for the Error
This error occurred because the p_object_id argument passed to the DBMS_UTILITY.INVALIDATE routine was NULL, there was no object with the specified object id, or the user calling the routine did not have sufficient privileges to invalidate the object.
Solution
Correct the illegal argument.
